Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is the most important step of your journey — it is where your vision begins to take shape. Our senior design consultants will meet with you at our Adelaide studio, on your land, or via video call at your convenience. We invest time understanding not just what you want in a home, but how you live: your daily routines, entertaining style, family dynamics, and long-term goals. We also conduct a preliminary feasibility assessment of your block, reviewing orientation, slope, easements, and council zoning overlays. By the end of this stage, you will have a clear picture of what is achievable within your budget and timeline.

What to Know at This Stage
Bring inspiration images — Pinterest boards, magazine clippings, or photos of homes you admire.
Have a realistic budget range in mind, including a contingency of 10–15%.
Note any non-negotiables: a north-facing living area, a butler's pantry, a specific number of rooms.
