We provide fully fixed-price contracts with no hidden costs or provisional sums surprises. During your initial consultation, our estimating team works with your plans and specifications to produce a detailed, all-inclusive quote. The price you sign is the price you pay — period.

The timeline varies by project complexity, but as a guide: design and approvals take 3–6 months, and construction typically takes 6–18 months depending on the size and finish level of your home. We provide you with a detailed programme at the start of construction and keep you informed throughout.

Absolutely. Our team can assess any block for feasibility — including slope, orientation, soil type, council overlays and heritage considerations — before you commit to purchasing. We can also introduce you to our land partners who have access to premium lots across Adelaide.

Yes. Our in-house design consultants guide you through every selection — from flooring and cabinetry to tapware, tiles and lighting. For clients who prefer additional support, we can also refer you to our network of Adelaide's leading independent interior designers.

South Australian first home buyers may be eligible for the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) of up to $15,000 for a new home build, as well as Stamp Duty Relief which can save eligible buyers up to $34,870. Eligibility conditions apply and we recommend speaking with a mortgage broker or your bank for personalised advice.

Yes. OZ Dream Homes holds a current South Australian Builder's Licence and is a proud member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA). All work is carried out by licensed tradespeople and is covered by Home Indemnity Insurance as required by SA law.
